Wow, time is flying by! We’re already at our 4th and 5th Ps (Positioning and People) of the 10-P Profile. To help our clients get started on Positioning, we went through an exercise with our clients to determine how to position themselves based on their target customers and their strengths relative to their competitors. For People, it was fun to discuss our clients’ Sphere of Influence, the number of people our clients interact with, and therefore can minister to, because usually the largest number comes from their businesses. It’s great to see how inspired the clients get when they realize the potential of their businesses!

On Friday, we were also blessed by visits from previous clients. We got to hear about how their businesses have been affected and what the most important changes were. Hearing from previous clients is also really encouraging because it shows us the impact the work we are doing here can have.
