Saturday – Structured or Unstructured day?

The “structured” days are the days we spend in a hall alternating between presentations and score-carding and are based on a pre-determined schedule. The “unstructured” days are when each team of the venture independently decides what to do – they may visit the client site or catch up on lost ground and the like.

Saturday was set apart for a specific purpose – Visioning.

Seelok and Ophelia arrived on Friday night to join us for this venture. The schedule does not allow them much time to shake off jet lag as the first visioning session starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday. They had been apprised by email of the repurposing effort of all the clients thus far. This was to enable them to jump right into the visioning sessions scheduled for Saturday.

The visioning sessions helped the clients to
* try and figure out all the obstacles that may hold back the clients from getting where they wanted to be or should be as per God’s will for them
* and also to help them on the specific steps to overcome them.

The visioning sessions were held in a room at the Beverly Hotel, Chennai. The clients were encouraged to bring their spouses and the other members at the sessions were
* Seelok and Ophelia, who lead the visioning sessions
* Gerrit, the team leader for this venture
* Jairaj David, who is one of the intercessors of this venture
* the visiting and local consultants
* Optionally another consultant

I had a chance to ask Gerrit (who was present for all the sessions for the day), how the day went and he said it was a very good day. Based on our session, I’m sure I can say there must have been quite a few significant revelations the clients received. The next (and last) set of visioning sessions is scheduled on Tuesday.
