csi team small.jpg We have recently had the privilege of God reworking our company purpose. His chosen tools came in the form of the rēp course, and our very willing and able consultants. (Robert, Jaques and Jessica.)

We (Gary and Myself) had our eyes opened and our hearts softened in so many ways. We are completely in awe of what God has in mind for us and our people. Some of the highlights for us were: The obvious need for promotion and recognition of our key, faithful employees. (Our blinkers were removed, we had blind spots over some of our people)

Godfrey Nyenda has subsequently been promoted to factory manager (He is coordinating the production of the copper-winning cells). He now officially runs the process, something that He did to a large extent anyway but He was not often given the daily recognition for His input. He has taken on the added responsibility with incredible ease and has influenced planning meetings strategically. We are very proud of Him and are delighted to have had the input that helped us remove the blinkers. We are confident that this is just the beginning of what God has in store for us. Particularly as a huge part of our role will be mentoring and RELEASING PEOPLE and BUSINESSES into their potential.

Another miraculous event within the two week course was a trusted co-worker, friend and all-round “good-guy” realized that there was a call by God, to repentance and an establishment of Jesus as Lord of His life. This salvation process culminated in our “consultants” leading Him in a prayer and the Holy Spirit ministering to Him in an amazing way. I personally have never seen a miraculous Spiritual birth like that in my whole life. The tangible birthing process was incredible and I praise God for the awesome work that He did on the Cross. Without fear this man was able to submit His life to Jesus knowing the “Father of Love” has beckoned Him into a personal relationship. IT WAS INCREDIBLE TO WATCH.

Prior to rēp I would definitely have stated that our business was in decline, due largely to the position of its leader, me. However, by the grace of God, who through rēp revealed Himself to me in a special way and brought me into a new light.
