POD Leader Resources

Feb 1st, 2015: Completed our second day of POD Leaders training. Lots of good ideas flowed from the group including thoughts on breaking the training down into smaller classes... more to follow soon.

PURPOSE OF POD LEADER TRAINING

To equip leaders of “Personalized, On Demand Self-paced” Repurposing Business Training so that they can facilitate learning of Repurposing Business principles in their own business/organization/living room, on their own time, consistent with our usual high standards.

ONLINE TRAINING

Hop onto i-Learning (http://inst.edu20.com/) where you will find two things: first, the PowerPoint/with audio presentations. These are fairly concise, and should take a couple of hours to work through. Second, there are two large documents: don't be overwhelmed by these. You do not need to read them all at once.

As you progress through the training stay in touch with Linda Widjaja (lindaw@inst.net) who will help answer questions.

Initial Feedback from participants

The inaugural training was more than training, it was in invitation into a new wave of establishing the Kingdom of God in the marketplace. How did participants feel about this? What insights did they have?
