In my own consulting experience I have used the concepts of Lemon Leadership to "Dial up the Lemon" needed to effectively communicate in a large group setting. Many times it is hard for me to know in advance what the leadership styles are in advance of the meeting. Just recently, I held a session in Europe with seven different countries represented. Not only did I use Lemon Leadership techniques to communicate to them, but I also introduced them to Lemon Leadership. Several of them bought books right away.

This is my chance to say it publically. This is a one of the most insightful and useful books on leadership I have read. I hope some publisher get ahold of the book because it has "best seller" potential.
