On our second unstructured day, our consultants spread out all over Cape Town. Amy and Eric departed at 6:15 in the morning to accompany Errol Smith (the South African Team Program Manager) to a breakfast meeting to recruit potential consultants and clients for the next equip venture in Helderberg, South Africa. Thanks to Amy and Eric for getting up so early in the morning to begin building for the next venture.

Lyn, Linh, and Melissa spent the day visiting five previous clients to get an update on what God has been doing in their businesses since completing their equip training and to pray for current business needs. Despite being an extremely intense day, all were really energized to hear how God has taken over and provided for each of the businesses. One particular company has seen a complete turnaround in their business in five short months. When the company went through the training, they were at the beginning of a rebuilding phase. In 5 months, the business has developed a solid marketing plan, readership of their online daily devotions has continuously increased, and the have a year’s worth of revenue in their pipeline.  In addition to hearing about God’s blessing, Lyn, Melissa and Linh also had the opportunity to pray for the business’ current needs as well as for specific individuals inside the companies.

The rest of us spent the day with our clients. It is encouraging to hear about the relationships between the clients and the consultants being strengthened with every meeting. It’s even more exciting to see (you can actually see light bulbs starting to go off in people’s heads) the concepts of convergence and the 10-P are starting to really sink in so that strategies for greater impact can be formulated. There’s still a lot more work to be done, so we appreciate your continued prayers for revelation and transformation in our client’s lives and businesses.
